PREPARING YOUR FILES FOR EMAILING

If you are sending native files such as AutoCad, MS Word, Excel, Powerpoint,
InDesign, Photoshop, Illustrator, etc. please send the actual file ( ex: .dwg, .doc )
and any images as well as the fonts that go along with it.

The Easiest Way:
Take your original file and create a .pdf file or .plt file (if working in AutoCad).
That way there is no need to send the fonts or any other information with file.
 It's the no hassle way to do it.

Photos:
We can open file formats including: jpg, eps, tiff, bmp, psd, etc.
When sending a photo please
send the files at 300dpi or more.
Anything lower will print at a low quality.

Bringing Your Files In To Aztec Reprographics:
If you still wish to bring in your digital photos, please burn them to a CD or bring then in on a Flash drive. Floppys, if still in existence,  are no longer a reliable way to store information.
 Due to virus protection we do not allow customers to connect to our network.
